All Study evaluations, investigational medicine, and study related care provided at no cost

Adult Depression Study -Now enrolling

This is an 8 week study investigating a novel antidepressant compound. Participants receive either the study medicine, duloxetine (Cymbalta), or placebo.

Completers of the 8 weeks are eligible to enroll in a one year open label extension with the novel compound.

Criteria:

Men and Women ages 18-65
Depression greater than 3 months and less than 2 years
Must have proof of prior depression such as access to medical records or doctor we can contact
Not failed duloxetine in past or more than 2 antidepressants in this episode
Not currently on an antidepressant

Adult Depression Study 2-Now enrolling

This is an 8 week study investigating a novel antidepressant compound.

Participants receive either the study medicine or placebo.

There is an open label 52 week extension for study completers.

Criteria:

Men and Women ages 18-65
Depression greater than 2 months and less than 2 years

Adult Antidepressant Partial Responders Study-Now enrolling

This is a study in which participants either stay on or receive a currently commercially available antidepressant.

If they do not full respond, they may receive an investigational medication to help further improvement on the medicine.

Major Depressive Disorder – Now enrolling

Currently treated patients with depression who are not fully responding to their medication
Ages 18-65
Men and women
Investigating a novel compound's effect on those currently treated with a conventially available antidepressant

Major Depressive Disorder – Now enrolling

Peri or Post Menopausal Women with Depression.
Ages 18 – 65.
12 week study comparing a study medication with placebo
