This is a study studying the response and relapse prevention of the long acting injection Invega Sustenna (a currently approved medication for schizoaffective disorder).

Participants receive the Invega Sustenna for 13 weeks to find the appropriate dose, another 12 weeks to insure they remain stable on that dose, and then are randomized to stay on the injection or to placebo.

They may stay on either an antidepressants or mood stabilizer throughout the study (but not both).
