WHAT IS SEX THERAPY?
Sex therapy is completely talk therapy. It is a treatment that views sexual issues as being resolved by specifically addressing them rather than by the assumption that when an individual works out on themselves or the relationship, sex will just fall into place. A basic understanding in the sex field is the acceptance of sexual orientations and preferences. Sex therapists base their work on the idea that a fulfilling sexuality will benefit and even transform people’s lives.
