Your provider should have given you enough medication until your next appointment but if not the most efficient way to submit your request is by clicking here to submit a form directly to our office. Someone from our office will contact you within 24-48 business hours regarding your request. Please note we do not accept any refill request from the pharmacy. If you have not seen your provider for some time or for controlled medications (usually those used in attention deficit disorder, sleep, anxiety, or opiate addiction treatment), we may require that you make an appointment to see your provider or there may be a charge. This is for the added time needed to review records and the complexity of refilling controlled medicines. Controlled medicines will not be filled after hours, weekends, and holidays so contact us far in advance of when you will run out. If we change or move your appointment, you will not be charged for medicine refills. Make sure we have your correct pharmacy information. Ninety-day prescriptions cannot be called in if you haven’t been seen in a while and have an upcoming appointment. This is for medical-legal reasons and because your medicine could be changed at the upcoming appointment.
Thank you so much please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
